1、機(jī)床采用機(jī)、電、液三位一體，按照人機(jī)工程學(xué)宜人化進(jìn)行布局設(shè)計(jì)，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，節(jié)約面積、操作簡(jiǎn)便、維修方便。

2、床身導(dǎo)軌采用矩型導(dǎo)軌結(jié)構(gòu)，經(jīng)高頻淬火，與其對(duì)應(yīng)的滑板接觸面為貼塑導(dǎo)軌，能明顯地降低導(dǎo)軌滑動(dòng)時(shí)的摩擦阻力，具有良好的動(dòng)態(tài)特性。

3、主軸采用P5級(jí)軸承，并經(jīng)精密動(dòng)平衡，軸承采用進(jìn)口潤(rùn)滑脂潤(rùn)滑，確保主軸高速平穩(wěn)旋轉(zhuǎn)，并將熱變形降至低限度。

4、機(jī)床縱、橫向運(yùn)動(dòng)采用絲杠和交流伺服電機(jī)直連，絲杠軸承采用角接觸軸承，保證了傳動(dòng)的高精度。  尾座的夾緊和定位是由側(cè)面兩螺桿帶動(dòng)夾緊塊來實(shí)現(xiàn)的，將雙螺桿上的螺母鎖緊，螺桿帶動(dòng)夾緊塊上升，將尾架固定在床身上。

2. The bed guide rail adopts rectangular guide rail structure. After high-frequency quenching, the contact surface with its corresponding sliding plate is plastic coated guide rail, which can significantly reduce the friction resistance when the guide rail slides, and has good dynamic characteristics.

3. The main shaft adopts P5 grade bearing and is subject to precision dynamic balance. The bearing is lubricated with permanent imported grease to ensure the stable rotation of the main shaft at high speed and minimize thermal deformation.

4. The vertical and horizontal movements of the machine tool are directly connected with the lead screw and AC servo motor, and the lead screw bearing adopts angular contact bearing to ensure the high precision of transmission. The clamping and positioning of the tailstock is realized by two screws on the side driving the clamping block. Lock the nut on the twin screw, and the screw drives the clamping block to rise to fix the tailstock on the bed.
