1、機(jī)床床身導(dǎo)軌經(jīng)特殊的熱處理工藝和強(qiáng)制潤(rùn)滑，可以減小磨損，延長(zhǎng)機(jī)床使用壽命。
2、機(jī)床工作臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)速度無級(jí)可調(diào)。
3、機(jī)床床身、橫梁和立柱剛性好，保證了強(qiáng)力切削時(shí)的機(jī)床穩(wěn)定性。
4、銑削動(dòng)力頭可以垂直移動(dòng)300毫米，旋轉(zhuǎn)正負(fù)30度。
本機(jī)床適用于機(jī)械加工、模具及其他行業(yè)對(duì)大、中、小機(jī)械零件的平面、端面、斜面、T型槽、組合導(dǎo)軌等加工。
BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF X20 SERIES OF PLANER-TYPE MILLING MACHINES
X20 series of planer-type milling machines are high-tech products with high working efficiency.The core technique of it originates from Taiwan,the scientific & logical design of the structure and the adoption of the advanced function unit can realize strong cutting function and safe & reliable movement and long working life.
1.Heat-treatment technics & mechanical lubrication are adopted on the guideway of the machine body to reduce friction & prolong the working life of the machine.
2.Stepless speed change of table.
3.Rigid machine bed/beam/column ensure stability of the machine in strong cutting.
4.Milling head can move 300 mm（vertically）or swivel ±30°.
It is used in machine work,moulding and some other industries,especially the processing of plane/end face/inclined plane/T slot/ combined guideway of large/medium/small machine parts.
